Consider priorities identified in the ecological assessment, develop a statement that details how a student is currently performing on that skill/task.

Include the following:
1. What the student can do 2. What the student are not currently able to do 3. What the student needs to learn to do |
This gets you from ‘identifying priorities’, to ‘developing IEP goals’.
Make sure to indicate what level of prompt was necessary to get a correct response (this will help you develop your goals and objectives). |
